I never want to go there, yet somehow, the hospital keeps calling me back. Since childhood, I’ve seen it all—people crying, people smiling, a new life being born, and someone’s loved one taking their last breath. There isn’t a single person in my family who hasn’t been to a hospital for some serious illness. I’ve seen my loved ones fight diseases… and I’ve seen them lose to them too.

People go to hospitals hoping for help, but not everyone finds it. Some doctors barely talk, medicines are given, but the patient hesitates to take them because they never got a chance to share their pain properly. I’ve seen it happen to others—and I’ve felt it myself.

That’s when I thought, maybe I should study medicine. I wanted to understand what people go through and help them somehow. But I couldn’t find a way to do that—until one day, I discovered blogging. I started writing.

You know what scares patients and their families the most? It’s not knowing what happens next. “What will happen now?”—that question keeps them awake at night. But imagine if you already knew a little about your illness—how it’s treated, what tests are done, how long it takes. Wouldn’t that bring some peace? Fear only grows in the dark; knowledge brings light.

Through my blogs, I try to be that light—so that people can understand, in simple words, what their illness means and how treatment works. Because when you understand your body, you take better care of it—and that’s where healing truly begins.

My connection with hospitals has always been strange.
